My approach to creating a team is lowering ego by allowing good ideas to flourish. I’m very hands on through each step of the process. The team however I set them up has to depend on one another's abilities and this often creates amazing results. I grow and develop all of my people and encourage to move forward always. Develop new skills, develop new ideas. These team projects help the team learn how to work with each other in fun, fast, efficient ways. We get it done! And have fun doing it.
